From the moment you meet us, you’ll see how much we love both Kaštela and Croatia. We want to share the best of our tradition, history culture, food and drink with you, and to do so we have put together three things for you to do while you are here.
What’s even better is that we run as a social enterprise – this means that when you buy from us, the profit we make gets spent on the local community, providing free education, training and events.

Cook Croatia – Kaštela
Come and learn how to cook some very unique local dishes, all based on our favourite ingredient – the olive. What better place to do it as well, that in an old house once inhabited by the Romeo of Kaštela!
We have created a three course menu for everyone to learn, regardless of ability.
- Olive focaccia with tapenade
- Pljukanci (like macaroni) with pesto
- Pašticada with Tuna
The courses run regularly from April to September and you can check availability through AirBnB.
Cost per person: €65 direct
Maximum group size: 6
Menu can be adapted to your dietary requirements.
